Account Representative 

As we continue to expand due to client needs, we are looking for top talent for our Account Representative positions. 

This position teaches sales first.  From there, we develop the skillset of the individual based on their needs.  We work with time management, human resources, interviews, advanced sales training, coaching, and finances.

Day to Day

Morning -> Virtual training / Work from home
Afternoon -> Face to face meeting with customers in assigned territory
Evening -> Confirm daily stats for client reporting

Is this face to face? -> We work both remotely and in person. All of our client meetings are conducted face to face to ensure a personal approach to our consultative sales meetings.

How do you train your sales force? -> We use a combination of both virtual classroom-style training as well as on-the-job hands-on training. This way, we can make sure to adjust our training approach to each employee’s learning style.

How do you attract and retain new customers? -> By creating genuine personal relationships and building trust between ourselves and the customer.

What reporting do you offer clients? -> Our team invested in the Salesforce CRM platform to keep track of our daily customer activity. We provide our clients with daily metrics to show how we are constantly working toward our goals for them.
